White margin up to header after refreshing on IOS and header problem

I just make Renew to support for this problem so I wish to slove this problem asap.
1.After I swipe down to refresh the page sometimes a white margin remains as in the attached video, this only happens on IOS and the problem is with WP ROCKET because when I turned off the plugin the problem disappeared.
The problem also appear with other themes but I don’t have access to WP ROCKET support and I wish you can help me please.

2.After moving between several pages in the mobile menu, the shopping basket and the link of the website logo collapse and cannot be clicked on as in the attached video. I think also this is because WP ROCKET because when I turn off the Wp rocket the problem slove.

1. The thing is that the issue happens on default themes as well, in this case, it’s difficult to catch the issue because it goes beyond the theme itself. The issue could be in the browser Safari or in the WP Rocket code, so I suggest you contact the WP Rocket support team so they can investigate their own code from the plugin and give you some solutions.

i found the problem is because the “delay javascript execution” in wp rocket settings. I know there is an option to set Excluded JavaScript Files. Is there an option to set excluded on the Header widgets (the menu, the shopping cart and the website logo)?
