Why The Icons Are Not Showing Up?

I’m trying to add a new Section using a prebuilt template [Information Box Carousel], but how come the Icons are not showing up? Also, how do I change the Font Family (title and text)?

Any solution on this? I still can’t get the icons to show up (think Elementor Icons are fine though). Moderators please view the private content.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

It looks like your server blocks requests to load the SVG image with the help of the file_get_contents PHP function (https://prnt.sc/vfZ0Iv9f2rKT). You need to disable this restriction mechanism or consult with your Hosting Provider for help.

I’ve managed to consult my Hosting Provider for help. The PHP Function “file_get_content” is already On and the icons are showing up now. Thanks for the help!

May I ask another question – How do I create a 3-column layout (refer to attached screenshot) without the Carousel display format on Mobile? I simply want to display everything in stack order.

Is there an Xtemos element for that?
