    Hello,

For some reason, Woodmart and WooCommerce are having significant issues. Specifically, when on the single product page, (1) clicking the ‘add to cart’ button occasionally leads to an endless spinner. More critical though, is that 100% of the time (2) the ‘proceed to checkout’ button is now missing from the Cart page.

How can I resolve this issue?

I already went through troubleshooting. I disabled all plugins and only turned on Woodmart Core and WooCommerce, but the issue was still there.

Then, I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty Two from Woodmart, then the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button was there. Changing theme corrected the issue. See the two screenshots.

I activated Woodmart again and reset all settings in the Woodmart theme, but the issues still occurred on the single product page and Cart.

I contacted WooCommerce and reviewed all error logs, which lead to no issues on the WooCommerce side.

I installed the Site Health plugin and used troubleshoot mode to test the bare minimum of Woodmart with WooCommerce and the issue still appeared. I tried using both my Woodmart Child theme and the parent theme. But once again, there was no issue when I changed to the Twenty TwentyTwo theme.

What is causing these problems specifically in the store with the Woodmart theme? How can I resolve them? Let me know what you recommend.

I included login credentials for you to access the website as needed. I have recent backups of the website and Woodmart settings.

    Hello,

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

You have permission. I have a backup of the website as well.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

As soon as I deactivated plugins: https://gyazo.com/bc3037ffe2333e9f05e14f5d344157aa

It works properly: https://gyazo.com/9334b8ef2189dcfa969071b863b02c29 and https://gyazo.com/dfe82fd72fb1627f32babdc843eb71cf

Please do the same, and check how it works. Then activate the plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello Elise,

Thank you for looking into this. However, in your screenshot (https://gyazo.com/dfe82fd72fb1627f32babdc843eb71cf) , there is no “proceed to checkout” button (problem #2) – which is the critical issue from my original post.

Can you please look into what is causing that problem? It is not the plugins.

    Hello Elise,

Thank you for the help! The patch helped resolve a UI issue on the single product page (https://stralaskincare.com/product/strala-one/) and, when I navigate to the cart via stralaskincare.com/cart/ , the proceed to checkout button now appears.

However, I am still encountering (1) the endless spinner issue when clicking “add to cart” on the single product page. I also noted that (2) when clicking the cart icon on the top right, the side panel appears blank, which prevents me from clicking to navigate to the full page cart. See screenshots.

What can be done to resolve those issues?

Looks like the issue is being caused by a performance related plugin. Disabled WP Cache and turned off Cloudflare for the time being while we look into the issue further.

    Thanks Elise!
