Woodmart 7.6 not showing up in wordpress updates

I got an email via envato market that an update is available. However this update is not showing up in wordpress dashboard. Is this correct?

Hello,

It’s not necessary to update it only via the dashboard, you can download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and upload a zip file via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new -> Click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button and then you will update the theme to the latest version.
