Woodmart and Woocommerce not displaying correctly

If you try to customise the theme, you can’t do so as there are no options to customise (see attached). Usually, there are a whole lot of menu options under “You are customising Karo”, and now there are none.

Secondly, the Woocommerce store does not display properly anymore.
The Karo.co.za/products page is still displaying correctly. However, if you click on any of the categories on that page, eg, Ergonomic office chairs, that page shows up incorrectly. (https://karo.co.za/product-category/ergonomic-office-chairs/)
The two images per product should not appear underneath each other. The image is supposed to change when you swipe over it. If you then select any product on that page, the different product images are supposed to display in a slider and not underneath one another.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
