In your Mega Electronics Theme Demo you have a configurator for Product Addons, namely Processors, RAM, Storage. See link here:

1. The demo you are referring to that is using a Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder, Navigate to Layouts > edit the product layout.

2. And you can follow the provided documentation to create variable products.
