    Hi,

    Two issues:
    1. We added a Masonry gallery(default) and the not the Masonry gallery provided by the theme. It displays fine in preview but when published doesn’t display. We assume a compatibility or some sort of clash.

    2. The masonry grid included in the theme doesn’t work well

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards.

Hi – Thank you for your response.

    Observations:
    1. This isn’t related to 3rd party plugin – we created a test page and it works perfectly fine. https://stage.hexa-gt.com/test_gallery/
    2. The issue with your masonry grid not align as desired/not working as good as the masonry grid wasn’t addressed at all.
    3. not an issue with child theme as it works perfectly fine.

    Sharing again!!!!
This works and we have shared the same one previously too. One with the IP is the FTP access & the other is the WP-admin login credentials. Kindly let us know if you alone continue to face issues.

    Hello,

Right now, as we have checked the Image Gallery element under the HTML Block of Product Description > the Image size wasn’t defined on it which is why it might not be working correctly we suppose. So, we defined the size there as “full” and the Images now appear fine there: https://snipboard.io/NDOLW7.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

    Best Regards.

Hey thanks for resolving the Xtemos masonry gallery issue. The compatibility issue of default WP gallery is still an issue. if you preview the said page, it shows fine but when you publish it, doesn’t work. I tried with a plain page with just the default masonry gallery and it doesn’t work so seems like a compatibility issue that needs optimisation.

    Hello,

Regarding the default WP masonry gallery concern. On your Site, could you please once check the mentioned concern, how it works with some default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty Three or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Also, please share a Video of your checking too (if possible) so that we can better understand what exact compatibility and working issue is happening with the default WP widget in this regard.

    Best Regards.

As previously stated, this is not an issue with theme/child theme as it works perfectly fine in a separate page – https://stage.hexa-gt.com/test_gallery/

We believe there’s a code clash.

    Hello,

Sorry to say but you didn’t exactly mention the element name for the WP default masonry grid so as far as we have checked your mentioned links, you were using the Images Gallery element of the Theme and the Masonry Media Grid element of the default available.

So, we have used these both on one of our Product’s Description edit areas from the Test Site. Here is the Product URL: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/wpbakery/product/1-2-in-keyed-corded-drill/

You can find them both at the bottom of the Description. In those pictures being added, the first one is the Images Gallery (theme element) and the second one are Masonry Media Grid (default element).

So, we can’t seem to find the issue that you are referencing. Could you please elaborate further with marking the issue from our Test Site Product so that we can check further in this regard and assist you accordingly?

    Best Regards.
