I use to your theme(Woocommerce), But I have a problem. I can’t edit the category. I want to edit category But I Can’t. How Can I edit it? I need to edit category title, category Meta Description and category Description ( for about items) . category Description information about the products in general under the products.

The Product category page is not editable by itself, it is Woocommerce functional page. You can configure each category in the Product > Categories > Select and edit. In order to move the product category description from the bottom to the top, you need to choose the option in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Category description position
