I have the latest version of Woodmart.
Only default Elementor Anchor shows up.

Please do not update Woocommerce as I have a plugin dependency to current version.

    Hello,

Please describe the issue in more detail with the screens and steps on how I can reproduce the problem.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

As per this post https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/scroling-id-link-are-not-stop-and-display-at-the-specific-section/, the Xtemos Navigation Anchor has an OFFSET option (see pic1)

The default Elementor Anchor does not have the OFFSET option. I don’t have the Xtemos Anchor at all in the Elementor editor (see pic2 +pic3)

what I need is the Xetmos Anchor as I’m using a sticky header & need to offset the anchor point.

Neither on my install & neither on a fresh install with no plugins on it.

    Hello,

This widget does not relate to WooMart theme

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Best Regards

As per reply from Artem Temos You need to use our “Navigation anchor” element to point to the place on the page where do you want to scroll your link to. Also, you can adjust the offset for this point inside the element. Check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/34fc58242b6af58c264350e439b7b6ec from this post on this forum on Sep 6 2021.

If the widget has been deprecated since Sep 2021 just say that.

Switching to Storefront will obviously disable all Woodmart widgets – already tested that on an fresh, empty dev environment.

The page builder in the screenshot, provided by your colleague Artem, is obviously Elementor so that is possible!

I need to have this ticket replied to by a colleague like Luke or Artem.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay, our developers have detected the problem and will fix it the nearest update.

    Meanwhile, please find this file:woodmart/inc/integrations/elementor/elements/class-menu-anchor.php

And replace ‘woodmart-elements’ for ‘wd-elements’ as shown on the screen: https://gyazo.com/d89519f63db2e5ea99f72081b8376408

    Best Regards
