YITH Request a Quote

Hi,
I am using the YITH request a quote plugin, but the request a quote button disappears from the page on load. I have looked through the forum and found this: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/yith-request-a-quote-plugin-button-not-appearing-on-single-product-page/#post-401658 but I am not sure how to implement it.

Just twice define the “WooCommerce Hook” element on your product template and at the end, the button will appear.

That option is not in my Elementor. To be clear, I am using Hitek as it is with the demo content and regular Elementor.

I was using the demo product template previously. I can see that to use the woocommerce hook, I have to create a product template. I have done that now, but the “add to cart” button isn’t showing despite that being added. To be clear, I didn’t set that to be hidden in YITH

Also, I wanted to set this up on a staging site (staging.mydomain.com) so I can test things with just the theme and YITH just in case a previous setting is blocking things. But I am getting an API call error when trying to activate the theme on that subdomain even when I choose “development domain”

Sorry for the delay.

In the categories menu, you have the product with the quick shop form therefore Yith JS drags this button there and it turns out that it disappears on the product page.

You should remove from the categories menu this (https://prnt.sc/QSBCTAAU4z0d) element, also it’s situated in Dashboard -> HTML Blocks -> Categories Megamenu 2.
