Zoom Effect at products

I notice that in some images the zoom effect didn’t work.
Is there any specific product image dimension for the zoom effect?

It seems that your actual image is less than the width you set for the main image that’s why the crop is not working well.

Please make sure that the images are greater in size for the crop to work properly. Or try using high resolution images.

Then clear cache and check back.
