No, unfortunately. We don’t provide any extra paid service. Our themes are extremely customizable and you can do almost everything in combination with Elementor page builder. In most cases, you will not need any additional code customizations. But if you still need, contact us and we will let you know our partner’s contacts that will help you.

Licenses and subscriptions
Yes, you can. We always do our best to make our customers happy. There are some situations when you are not satisfied so we are not going to keep your money if you decided that our themes are not suitable for you. You have a 14-days period after theme or subscription purchase to return your money back. No questions asked.
Once you purchased the license you are free to use the theme for a lifetime. If you cancel the subscription you still have all the benefits including support and updates till the end of the prepaid subscription period. When your subscription is over and you don’t renew it you have full rights to use our theme. But you will not receive new updates and support services.
Yes, we do. However, you can cancel the subscription automatic renewal at any time if you want within your active subscription period.
Yes, you can. You can cancel your subscription at any moment. Within the “Subscriptions” section of your account, there’s a button that opens a window to cancel your subscription automatic payment via Paddle. Then your subscription will status will be changed to “Pending cancellation” and you will be able to use it till the subscription period is over.
Support and updates
Yes, you might be asked for your website admin and FTP access in some complicated situations on the forum. This data have to be posted under the “Private Content” field. Then it will be visible to our support staff only and not available publicly.
If you want to purchase and download any of our themes you need to register an account. This is required for us to track your orders and subscriptions. Your account also gives you access to our support forum so you can post your support requests there.
All our plans include one year of auto-updates and support. It means that within this period you can create support requests on the forum, download themes and updates. After that, you will still have access to purchased theme features and you can continue using them. But you will not be provided with support and updates if you don’t prolongate your subscription period.
Of course, we provide all the necessary support to our customers. If you have any difficulties working with our products we will do our best to resolve all your problems as soon as possible.
