mroussevParticipantHello,
I want to use this Grocery template:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-grocery/demo/grocery/
So far i reach to here:
I am missing main menu items like Fresh Food, Bakery and etc, which on hover opens menu-block with items listed and already created in builder, i the demo. I dont see such blocks here, why this is not set in the first place?? The demo does not look the same as imported one!
Also i dont know how to set separate menu for categories in mobile, this is also not completed!! Please dont tell me to read documentation, i know how to use blocks but i need all to be set as in the demo so just to be able to edit them, not creating from scratch!
The theme looks fine, but missing menus is like half of the settings missing, why am i paying 60$ for something incomplete and NOT looking the same as in the demo?
Please let me know how to import FULL DEMO 1:1 as the one shown from you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
1. Menu – the theme does not create any menu, theme just shows the menu which you have created in Appearance > Menu and assigned it as the main menu.
2. Categories in mobile are set in the Header builder. You need to switch to the mobile view http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 and enter the Mobile menu element, you will find the option enabling the category menu and the drop-down allowing to select the menu created in the Appearance > Menu
3. You need to install the theme on the net WordPress installation to get 100% demo. At the same time, please note: installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of images that takes to much time to complete.
Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported. If you have any questions or need help we are always here to help you.
Best Regards

mroussevParticipantHello,
1. What do you mean the theme does not create menus?? Of course it created them, i need the ones from the demo.
https://prnt.sc/uqoi2o
https://prnt.sc/uqoib1I am missing HTML blocks relative to them!
Some of templates here are empty or incomplete for some reason…
The site that you can see here https://foods-export.com/ is direct import and nothing is touch after the import. As you can see menus ARE NOT THE SAME as in the demo. I am not talking for IMAGES and other copyright content i am talking for SETTINGS that are missing and which i paid for!
2. I am talking for this, how to set this “second menu” Categories? And same question as above, WHY THIS IS NOT SET AS DEFAULT IN THE DEMO, and for me just to edit it, not to SEARCH hot to achieve…?
3. “You need to install the theme on the net WordPress installation to get 100% demo”
What do you mean with that?? What is wrong with my install?September 30, 2020 at 10:11 pm #230019
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Please create a menu in Appearance > Menu with these pages: https://prnt.sc/uqvm61
2. Assign the menu as the main menu.
3. Create megamenu following this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/ As you can see all the mega blocks have one and the same template with different images: https://gyazo.com/afef17420b3cb0eff50c94dc5ca00da6
You can clone this template and fill out with your content and images. Please find this block in Dashoblard > HTML blocks. You need to find Grocery-menu fresh-food – https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
You can see a lot of different products and content on the demo. We have created that to show all the wide range of theme options. A WordPress theme never creates a menu, it just provides wider options. Just follow the provided instruction and you will configure your site individually for your needs and would discover the variety and flexibility of options.
As for the Browse Category menu. You need to create a product categories menu in Appearance > Menu and then add it in the Header builder by means of the Categories element. Please note: the header builder has a desktop view and mobile view. So you add the Categories element in the desktop and include the categories menu into the mobile menu element on mobile.
Please read these instructions as well: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-category-menu/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/adding-menu-site/
If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

mroussevParticipantOk i get those things, you still cannot understand me – i am saying that other templates import their menus properly as they look in the demo, ONLY Grocery does not!!! But anyway i will fix this with instruction from you.
Other thing:
How to enable this sticky bottom menu in Mobile version? I dont see option for this, and it is not imported from the demo.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Grocery has a different menu. If you check all the demos, they have one and the same menu. Grocery has different. But the menu is created, it is not imported.
