I’m experiencing an issue with the shop sidebar cutting half of the product count box. This error occurs in all browsers and all zooms. It also appears in both single and two-column layouts – screenshots attached.

How odd. I’m using a MacBook Pro. It does this for me in Chrome and Safari. In Firefox the whole circles appear, but it doesn’t introduce an unnecessary scrolling bar. Any ideas?

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

Unfortunately this hasn’t quite fixed the issue. On the above, the right-hand side of the second row of numbers was still being chopped off. Changing the values to 48% has fixed this.
This now appears ok, but when the user hovers over it, the scroll bar reappears. Screenshots attached.

Scrollbar that appears on hover is default behaviour for the Nanoscroller library script that is used in our theme. If you want to use default browser scroller without hover please disable Nanoscroller in Theme Setting => Perfomance => JS => Nanoscroller library.

Disabling this has now just put the scroll bar back in as default. Can I not just increase the height of this element so that the scroll bar disappears as it looks messy.

By default, scroll on filter widgets appears if its content height is larger than the height that is set by option “Height for filters widgets” in the theme setting. For now the initial height of your colour filters is 294px (https://prnt.sc/wlrqrq) and “Height for filters widgets” is set to 280px (http://prntscr.com/wlrvnt), that mean that scroll on filter widgets will appear to compensate 14px difference in height that now can be scrolled through.
To remove scroll from filter widget navigate to Theme settings => Shop => Widget and set “Height for filters widgets” option value larger than 294px (for example 300px).

We have four issues which we have been asking for help with for days and the same replies keep coming, which are not solving our issue:

Here we’re asking how to change the “Additional Information” label on the second tab on a product page – the one which shows the product attributes. I just need answers – not a drawn our conversions with Elise.

I have personally reviewed your requests and noticed that some answers were not as accurate as they should be. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
1. This topic is resolved already and seems to be closed.
2. We have sent you a CSS code to align the labels and change their order with flexbox.
3. We have checked this with our dev team and it looks like you solved the problem. But anyway, we are rechecking it now and will reply to you there very soon.
4. As we can see, you posted a few questions there and also duplicated questions from your 2nd topic. Please, keep all relevant questions in one topic.
As for the price filter, unfortunately, we are not able to customize it since it is generated by the WooCommerce plugin. Sorry, but such customizations are out of our theme support scope.Feel free to ask if you have any extra questions.
