Page Not Loading

A while ago I bought this theme with the previous version and it worked fantastic. A couple of weeks ago I bought it for a different project and it just didn’t work. I asked for support but didnt get a solution, so I decided to wait until another project and save the license. Today I´ve registered the license again and installed the theme and the same problem appears. Once you click to load a specific demo ( With the Elementor Version ) it crashes and never loads, it seems that there is a conflict with the plugin.

If you upload the demo by means of theme setup on the existing site with the other third-parties plugins, it may cause problems.

Please follow the instruction on how to install and upload the demo manually. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

Please restore the site from the backup you made before installation and try again.

You can send me the site credentials so that I could check the site settings, sometimes incorrect settings may also cause crashes. Please give me the credentials to check so that I could give you more precise guidance. You can insert the credentials into the Private content below the message block.

Hello, I don´t think the issue is the demo.
