As for the product page: do you mean you want accordions instead of tabs? You can find this option in Theme Settings > Single Product. You will find the option “Product page design” and you need to choose “Compact”
As soon as you configure your site, give me the shop page URL and clarify which categories you want to change: in the title or in the sidebar, I will give your custom selector so that you can configure fonts in the Advanced Typography.

It seems you have mixed all the screens.
1. My button text throughout the site seems to be black when it should be white: – Please set the colors in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Contact Form 7
Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types pluginSwitch to the parent theme and check the issue.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. Finally, you can enable the child theme.
Most likely the problem is caused by plugins or customization.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

This pink line is a part of the sticky footer that appears first and then uploads the header. I will check with our development department on this issue and let you know.
You can disable the stock in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab.
Each menu item has the filed for FontAwesome icon in Appearance > Menu. You can use free icons and you need to insert only the keyword:
fa-envelope

If you want to make your new site the same as your previous site, you need to copy and paste all the custom CSS from the previous site to the new site.
