As for the product page: do you mean you want accordions instead of tabs? You can find this option in Theme Settings > Single Product. You will find the option “Product page design” and you need to choose “Compact”

Mailchimp for WordPress
Safe SVG
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin

Switch to the parent theme and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. Finally, you can enable the child theme.

Most likely the problem is caused by plugins or customization.

Each menu item has the filed for FontAwesome icon in Appearance > Menu. You can use free icons and you need to insert only the keyword: fa-envelope
