How i can add a banner instead of slider

I want to add header (banner) like the dimensions of the slider but to be a pic with some text. I added you a pic how i want to be. Where i have to edit? I am not familiar with slider revolution, maybe you can help me or give some hints.

I changed my mind and i want to use the slider but i changed the image on all three layers but on mobile version it display weird.
How i can make it to be seen correctly on all browsers ? I added you a screenshot from my mobile. And please, if you solve that problem, tell me how i can edit in the future the images from slider to be seen corectly on mobile. Thank you very much
