    Hi,
    I didn’t know however is better to keep all my concerns centralisez in one topic or to make multiple topics so I did this one which will be general, and I want to post new reply everytime I have a question. Thank you.

    My first question is:
    1. Can we change the way it shows the error when you want to add to cart something without selection available options ? Right now is an browser alert and is not aligned with the beauty of the theme.

    01.
    It is default WooCommerce functionality Please check it works with default themes.

    02.
    This widget area is for the Shop / Product categories pages. WooCommerce filters and Product categories should be added here. In order to show the sidebar on the Shop page, it is necessary to set “Right” or “Left” in the Theme Settings – > Shop – > Sidebar and Titles.

    variable product attributes are presented as a dropdown in WooCommerce. WoodMart theme suggests the option to present the attributes as swathes. Swatches are available in text, color or image format. Swatches can be configured for global attributes only.

    Hi,

    01. Tabs are Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not have the option to change the tabs order.

    02. Minify your CSS and JS: Minifying your CSS and JS involves removing all unnecessary characters and spaces from your code. This can greatly reduce the file size and improve load times.

    Large images can significantly slow down your website. Optimize your images by compressing them and reducing their size without sacrificing quality.

    Only load the CSS and JS files that are necessary for the current page. Unnecessary files can slow down your website and increase load times.

    Hi,

    01. You can find all the available settings for the reviews in your Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Single product -> Reviews.

    02. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

    If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hi,

    1. I am using elementor and “Products grid carousel”, what I want is to have 4 columns on desktop and 2 on mobile but seems to be impossible. Elementor doesn’t have all the functionalities from wpbakery. On WPB I have more control. Is this true or I miss something ?

    2. Also what if I want a row with 6 columns to become carousel on mobile, is this possible ?

    Hi,

    01. Edit the page where the Products Grid Carousel widget is added.
    Click on the Products Grid Carousel widget to open its settings.
    In the Layout section, set the number of columns to 4 for the Desktop view.
    Scroll down to the Responsive section and click on the Mobile tab.
    Set the number of columns to 2 for the Mobile view.
    Save the changes and preview the page to see the updated layout.

    In the style section, set the carousel for the mobile view.

    On point 2 what I want is different. I am not using “Products Grid Carousel widget” but its a simple row with 6 columns on desktop. This row I want to become a carousel on a view port. Is this an option available ?

    Another question related to optimization.
    I saw the option in elementor for “lazy load images” – should I keep this enabled as well ?
    Also I have “lazy load images” in theme settings
    Also I have “lay load images” in wprocket.

    How they should stay ?

    Hi,

    01. Edit the row that you want to turn into a carousel.
    In the row settings, go to the “Layout” tab.
    Enable the “Enable Carousel” option.
    Set the number of items per view, which determines how many columns will be shown in each slide of the carousel. For example, if you want to show two columns per slide, set this option to “2”.

    02. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > and enable “Collapse widgets on mobile”

    03. Using a technique called “lazy loading,” unnecessary resources like photos are loaded only when they are required. It can speed up page loads and lighten the demand on servers, especially for long sites with lots of graphics.
    Regarding your inquiry, it is typically advised to allow lazy loading for photos because it can improve the functionality of your website. However, enabling numerous plugins or slow-loading settings might occasionally result in conflicts and strange outcomes.

    If your theme settings and Elementor both offer lazy load options, you should determine which one is more effective for your website. To determine which one performs best, you can perform some tests using a website speed testing tool like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix.

    There is no such option under Layout tab in elementor

    01. Like we mentioned you earlier, this is an Elementor Pro feature.

    02. Lazy loading images can improve website performance, but it may not be suitable for all situations. If you have a website with a lot of images or you need to showcase high-quality images, disabling lazy loading may be necessary.

    Hi again,

    I have very weird problem with mini cart. You see, Ajax add to cart works good but when you remove the product from the cart, it refresh the page.

    I have disabled all the plugins, everything, the problem still persist.
    Can you help please ?
