Firstly, I see the issue in the unstable server, because on the default theme we can see such a results – https://prnt.sc/Ukm0QpmrUH-y as you see the page loads around 2s there and it’s not normal for the default theme because it should be loaded there around 1s.
So I suggest you contact your server for further solutions.

However, I contacted the server company. They said there was no problem and that we should contact the place we purchased the theme from.

When pages in the theme load around 2s without cache (not on the default theme), it’s okay. As you can see, the 3rd party plugins affect the speed as well.
As for my previous response, if the server told you that there is no problem so why the empty default Storefront theme loads around 2s – https://prnt.sc/Ukm0QpmrUH-y
