Please make sure that you have set up all the necessary requirements of our theme according to the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/

Then make sure you have installed the theme and import demo according to the steps in the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details also to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
