Could you please post a public thread to handle this? Many people have the same issue and you are solving one by one. There is no common solution that we can try?

Hey I bought this theme yesterday. Just trying to get the Black friday demo to import. Its on a exsisting site. I’ve disabled all plugins before starting the import. But the problem is that I can’t import demo data if “Elementor” plugin is active.

It gives the error “AJAX import failed. Try disabling all external plugins and run the import again. If this does not help, please contact our support center for further assistance.”

If I disable the “Elementor” plugin, the data is imported for the “WP Bakery Page Builder”.

I didn’t install the “WP Bakery Page Builder” plugin. When installing the theme, I said that I needed “Elementor”. I did everything according to your instructions. before writing to support.

But the demo data could not be imported for “Elementor”.

Question !!! How do I import data for “Elementor”.
If I enable the “Elementor” plugin, the data will not be imported.

I Know it seems a common issue, i already read the forum for the topic but the result it still the same.

Nothing works.

Tried disable all plugin, activate only woo, elementor, and woodmart core, still have the issue.

I Tried to import the Decor demo.

I installed the Woodmart theme (with child theme) and registered it with the associated license – everything fits. Now I want to load a theme via DUMMY CONTENT, but I always get this error message:

I deleted all wordpress, and then reinstalled the theme. The theme can’t be installed, it displays: AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I deactivated all plugins and set the PHP as recommended, but it didn’t work.

I have tried to install the dummy content manually and automatic with no luck on either method. Im trying to install electronics version with no luck.

If you could help me to do so would be great, and as well tell me what was the issue so I do not run into this issue again in the future.
