Hello,

Maybe you are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout > edit the product archive widget and choose the Products pagination:

Hello,

The default theme logic (like hiding the empty WooCommerce description section) won’t apply when using custom layouts. So if you’ve manually added a heading or container for the description, that section will still appear — exactly as you noticed.

Unfortunately, there are no built-in options in the theme settings to automatically hide it when it’s empty.

For more details, you can check the theme documentation on custom layouts here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

Best Regards,

Hello,

You can try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to achieve this.

It allows you to create custom layouts for WooCommerce pages like the Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart, and Checkout pages. To highlight specific products at the top:

1. Create a custom layout for the product archive page.
2. Use the Product Grid or Carousel widget in that layout.
3. Manually add the product IDs of the items you want to show at the top.

This way, you can showcase your selected products first while keeping the default product order for the rest of the shop intact.

Hello,

The message “Not available for Home Page” and “Not available for WooCommerce Shop” typically appear when trying to edit default pages (like the Shop or Homepage)

For the Homepage:

• Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and make sure your homepage is set to a static page.
• Then edit that page directly with Elementor.

For the Shop Page:

• Go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page and ensure your shop page is assigned.
• Please note that the default WooCommerce shop page is not editable with Elementor by default.

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
