I hope this message finds you well. I just started to use one of your theme on my website, and I’m experiencing a few challenges that I could use some guidance on. Here’s a more detailed explanation of the issues I’m facing:

1. For some reasons my header does some weird things, whenever i schroll up on phones or pc it get stuck on top and i can’t use it, have to schroll down again (for some reasons it only happen on other pages that the main one) : https://prnt.sc/9FeDIM3AjHUS

2. i’ve tried to use the Linked variations to connect my single products with their colors varriations, but looks like their’s missing options or is unfinished ?
– For some reasons there’s not an option to show it in the product selection page

– We cannot set color from the attribute and can only have it with pictures

3. For some reasons the Breadcrumbs & Products navigation doesn’t appear ? (https://prnt.sc/mdbeul9VLJql) -(https://prnt.sc/7y1OAe2_pwEn)

4. The Sticky purchase bar looks bugged on phone (https://prnt.sc/Eg47wCXdNOSf)

1. Please provide the page URL with the problem.

2. Please consider using the Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site.

3. Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

4. Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Here’s an update :
1. couldn’t find a solution
2. Regarding the Linked variations, i was able to do something pretty cool for the Woocommerce builder and basicly do what i wanted, the only thing that i’m stuck on is showing the linked varriations : https://prnt.sc/87l9NwIarZ47
3. Even with a custom product page it does appear (Website logins on the previous message)

You need to edit the template for the single product in the Dashboard > Layouts.

2. Please check this documentation, ensure you have configured the product properly, and provide the product with the problem.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

1. (Header issue) Thank you for the fix !

2. (Linked Varriations) i tried to take a look but i can’t find anywhere about showing the linked varriation in the catalogue like variations with swatches : https://prnt.sc/Ydg11YH3lefh, Here’s the product link : https://tapiscaravane.fr/product/lot-de-6-tapis-marine-gris/

3. (breadcrumbs) After testing, the issue comes from Yoast SEO, is there any possible fix or do you have an idea on where this issue comes from, should i contact Yoast SEO directly ?

5. My issue was that i couldn’t find a way to edit or remove the “…” in the shopping cart/on the phone version : https://prnt.sc/NwJWWSpXY0Hn

Hey, here’s an update :
2. i’m sorry but i think that we are missunderstanding eachother, i’m currently trying to show linked products like varriations, And show color varriations from single products the same way as a varriable product (with color varriations) (like this : https://prnt.sc/aKQbyt9y2TU5)

3. For some reasons it worked when diactivating it instead, but atleast it works now !

The last little issue that i have is regarding :

it looks great on pc but i can’t find where to edit it, and the writting is white on white for the phone version (i tried to seach “filter” or “order by” in the theme search but i didn’t managed to find it)

2. For some reasons i also cannot translate the “Share:” (https://prnt.sc/Q3NvA_NEfJI_) on product using loco translate like shared on the tutorials (https://prnt.sc/g-39_exAcfnH)

Other than those details, i’m super happy about the theme and every options on it !

1. What device do you use to check that?
2.Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

3. Please check the product settings, most likely, you have set that in the Inventory tab.

also, is there no way to limit how much linked varriations appear or something to avoid this happening : https://prnt.sc/v2qJaFuEuCNP? (other than just placing less linked varriations)

Sorry again for the bother,
i had a question regarding something that i can’t figure out for the life of me (i’ve been trying since 2 hours >.<)

For some reasons the product quantity selection is there on Single product (when adding a product to cart on the product itself):

However it’s not on varriable products (https://prnt.sc/HDhxauytGawA), i tried looking on the varriable and single product settings but i didn’t find anything

Please check the Inventory tab in the product settings.

You will need to edit and scroll the product a bit to see this option.
