It is very important for the website to pass the achecker validation.

I can fix most of the errors apart from:
Check 174: Anchor contains no text.
How can i fix that?

All these links have area-label attribute so the text or title attribute is not needed there. Maybe this service is out of date and doesn’t support new attributes for accessability.

I understand that, but there is an EU subsidization pending for the site and it is a parameter.
It needs to pass the achecker validation.
I agree that it is outdated but it is what it is.
Can it be fixed somehow it is very important.

The law says that your website must be accessible but it doesn’t specify which service do you need to use. The most popular accessibility tool among our users is this one https://wave.webaim.org/
