I need to add a code to the head and boby but I can’t modify the header.php file. I tried through wordpress and ftp but it doesn’t allow me to modify or download the file. I’ve tried a plugin and it doesn’t add the code either. You can help?

You need to contact your hosting provider for help on this matter since it is not related to our theme. Seems that your server configuration doesn’t provide you such ability or you don’t have enough permissions.
