I create a new layout, but it did not apply to all products. Even I set apply to all products. Then I try to set to just one product. It also does not work. Also, my layout page is all empty. I remember it should be some ready-made layout.

WoodMart does not control that. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
