Age Verify Pop-up – Bug in the access

Steps below tested on real mobile, bug reproduced.

1) Create an age verify pop-up
2) Load the page in frontend
3) Let the pop-up load
4) Scroll down the page
5) Hit outside of the pop-up

AS IS : pop-up disappears without answering

TO BE : pop-up should NOT disappear and should force users to respond YES/NO to age verify
