Hello i have opened this topic before but i was late to reply so you close it. Could you please look at the page so you can understand what i mean about the problem.

Images i upload was 6912 by 3456 pixels.

    The page for example: https://nmoda.pl/test/

I havent add any size parameters and did not change anything. So my question is that how can i make it look normal and responsive?

    Hello,

Sorry, you switched to another issue and I decided you have solved the problem and closed the topic.

Please try to upload smaller images to your banner and check how it works, if the problem persists, insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

Hello, i have tried everything and unfourtunetly nothing is working. I ended up putting two different size for each screen but now images look blury on my website. Could you please tell me what should i do? Because if my banners are going to look like this probably my sales will drop

    Hello,

WoodMart theme does not influence the image size except the options where you can manually set the image size insider the element/widget. If you set “full” the image should be uploaded in its initial full size. If it does not work, most likely other optimizing plugins influence that. Deactivate the plugin that can influence image size and regenerate the thumbnails to restore their initial sizes.

As for the banner carouse it is not designed for such purposes. There is WoodMar slider that allows settings any width, height, and upload images of different sizes. You can upload different images for different devices to ensure different proportions on different devices. https://prnt.sc/23ple33

You can find the slider demo here: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/sliders/ and detailed instructions here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-slider/

    Best Regards
