BASEL issues

Hello,

Please we purchased the Basel theme and we found some issues:

1- Even if we change the font it doesn’t show.
2- We can’t change the backgroud of the list menu on header.
3- The Home page shows a space between header and Slider
4- The description tabs backgound on the product page don’t follow the site background “Dark” and we can’t change it anywhere.
5- Sometimes when you sign in all titles become black.
6- When we scoll down the button menu “FEMMES” becomes Red.

1. Where do you change the font? Please disable all the plugins not related to the theme, and disable your custom CSS if you have, and check.

2. Please check this issue and all the rest with the deactivated plugins, if the problem remains, please provide site admin access.

3. Enter the page and set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs

1. We change the font in Theme setting => Typography. we dont have nothing in Custom CSS. When we change a font it doesn’t show immediatly or not at all.

5. Once we are login into the website ( as a user) all site titles become black (please check the screenshot). Site admin access provided.

7. We tried to get up the whatsapp bulle only on mobile, so we can see the menu bar, but it doesn’t work. message from the support team of whatsapp plugin: <there must be a class inherited from your commercial theme that doesn’t allow it.> (Please check the screenshot)
8. We can’t change prices colors !
9. How to add compare to head menu on desktop. And for mobile, we want only logo on center.

Mailchimp for WordPress
Recent Posts Widget Extended
Safe SVG
Simple Twitter Tweets
Slider Revolution
WooCommerce
WPBakery Page Builder
XTEMOS Post Types plugin

You have 67 plugins activated. This is the live site that is why I do not touch.

If you cannot disable them all move your cloned site a staging platform where we can test without the plugins to detect which one causes the problem.

Thank you for your feedback.
We already desactivated all plugins for you. And you can edit even if it public no problem.
We have also detected another issue, is that when another WP role except the Admin one want to access to wp Dashboard he’s redirected to home page.

1. Fonts: here is your settings https://prnt.sc/sb8s3y and here is the result: https://prnt.sc/sb8ro4 fonts are as per your settings.
When we change a font it doesn’t show immediatly or not at all. Clean the cache after each change and check again.

2. Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

}

7. Please contact whatsap plugin support on this issue.

8.You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

9. You will need to set the header with the widget area and add the custom code. Create HTML block with icons and add into the Area in the Header Widget.

10. You theme has been activated already.

9/ how to create icon compare. I tried to creat HTML block, but it doesn’t work, please check the screenshot. Kindly try to resolve this issue.

Create HTML block and insert the icon which leads to the Compare page: https://prnt.sc/sc1qwp set the size and color as per your needs, assign the link

Insert the HTML block widget into Widget are in Header https://prnt.sc/sc1nt4 in Appearance > Widget

This icon would not be just near the others you can configure it on the left. There is no option to insert the icon near them.

You will find the option in the Icon element.
