In the Brands element , How can I display the brand name under its image in carousel mode ?

Hello,

There is no option in theme setting available for that. Go to products -> Attributes -> Configure brand terms -> edit brand -> choose one of the following swatch types like image swatch or text swatch.
In Elementor you can enter the simple text element and add the text.
