Change of email

Hi
In my theme I am unable to change the administration email from hv@ditbrand.com to helle@circularminded.com
Dit brand does not exist anymore, therefore I need to use the other email.
It says:
There is a pending change of the admin email to helle@circularminded.com
But I have not recieved the email and I wonder if the email is sent to hv@ditbrand.com which does not exist anymore. How can I change that?

The email is allready changed in the User field, but still I am unable to change the admin email.

No WordPress theme provides the option to change, please try to contact the host support they will help to change the email.
