Chat Module and Recently View Block

I don’t have seen any kind of live chat module in the site as well as any recently view product block (Recent browsing history) in the site.

Tell me where it is?

If I want to put the browsing history option in the menu, how to do it?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any char modules. You will have to find a plugin.

If I want to put the browsing history option in the menu, how to do it? the question is not clear, please clarify.
