Color Attributes Not Saving

I’ve been trying to figure out why all my color attributes went away. I tried saving them, but it doesn’t store them. Can you please help?

Here is the error I keep getting when trying to login to the site after updating the database:

SELECT link_id, link_category FROM wp_links
