Dropdown-Menu: Submenu horizontally instead of vertically

I don’t want to display the submenu of a dropdown menu vertically, but horizontally. How does this work?

Many thanks for the answer. However, the answer does not solve the problem.
It’s about a dropdown or mega menu, as shown below. All menu items should appear horizontally not vertically. How do you do that? I haven’t found any setting options so far.

The menu should look like this and be completely horizontal
1. Main menu
2. Sub-menu
3. Mega menu

Megamenu block goes just after the main menu item, it is not possible to assign megamenu block to the sub-menu item, unfortunately.
