another question. how can i show only the parent colors on the filter that i have creted with HTML Blocks?now you see and the 1000 colors values. I need only the parent.
Unfortunately, there is no option to configure the colors in bulk.
As for the parent colors, you can create a separate attribute with the item and show it in the filter. Woocommerce does not provide the option to differentiate parent and child attributes.
i enabled again the hierarchy function on woocommerce. so now i can create parent colors.On the filter i hde the colors that i dont want but my problem is now that when i click on the parent color it shows only that color, not the child colors. could you help me ?
This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not have any option to change that, unfortunately. Our theme just customized the view of the attributes, at the same time the base functionality remains the same.
