WoodMart hotspot element does not have the carousel feature, please clarify what you mean?

Please make the full backup of your site and upload the theme zip in Dashboard > Appearance > Themes as soon as you asked to replace the file, agree.

Unfortunately, there is no option to make a hotspot carousel.
