    Hi, I just previewed a site I’ve been working on in Incognito and I noticed that most of the CSS files are missing, which is causing the site not to look correct. The site does look fine when I’m signed into WordPress.

    When in Chrome Inspect mode I see these 2 errors…

    GET https://motoescapeatl.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/xts-header_630758-1680272603.css?ver=7.1.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 404
    GET https://motoescapeatl.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/xts-theme_settings_default-1685545897.css?ver=7.1.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 404

    I don’t currently have any caching turned. I have turned off/on the plugins and theme, and I still get the same issue.

    Here is the site URL: https://motoescapeatl.com/

    Can someone help me with this please?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
