Hello, thank you for changing the logo brand position. I justified it more to the left. It would be great if you can remove the grey hover on it when you pass with the mouse. (screenshot) thank you.

I will open an other topic as I think I can’t upload more screens in this one, I need to fix some other design issues, I hope you can follow me there. My project is a bit different than normal e-commerce, but I’m quite sure I can make it with your theme.

I saw the screenshot you attached. I have removed the box shadow on the hove from the product brand. Please clear the cache and check back.

I have added the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

Hello thank you, it looks nice now, although I should work on brands logos to be in the same sizes. Can we please add the brand name to the sticky product, as it shows so empty without some data(either size or brand or both would be nice). (screen)
And I really would like to exchange brand before title in all the shop, as my shop will be all about brands, and it’s important to show them before title. Can’t we do that with CSS?

Lastly I really don’t know why I don’t have the Arrows on carousels sometimes. In the carousel in home page for exemple, I can’t add the arrows, and in this page too : https://ephoria.it/plans/
and on this page : https://ephoria.it/product/my-shipment/ the carousels are so big and taking so much space. not like other carousels in the other pages. I know this page I created it myself, if you can rearrange the carousels to be similar to normal ones in size, would be great. thank you

1) Please provide with the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

2) Unfortunately, you couldn’t display the product brands before titles because, It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

3) It seems you have set the product carousel to display 5 products that are why the arrows are not showing. I have enabled the arrows of one carousel on the “plans” page and its working absolutely fine on my end. Please make sure you have set the number of products to be displayed in the carousel from the edit module >> Items per page.

To adjust the height of the images you can define the height of images from the edit module >> Design >> Image size.

Ok arrows problem fixed. I attached the screenshot for sticky product, my question was if we can add brand name there. Don’t you have an advanced customization service ?
Can you please remove the product counts on Size in the Filter on shop. I couldn’t remove it from widgets. thank you

2) To translate the related products you need to install and use loco translate plugin. And choose the correct path to translate the text as per your requirements.

Hello, I wasn’t talking about translation. I didn’t start translation yet. I just want to write other thing than “RELATED PRODUCTS”. Also I don’t understand why sometimes I have the “YOU MAY LIKE PRODUCTS” and sometimes no. Are these products come from upsell products?
I want to change the title “related products” to “add to your closet” and write it in lowercase not in capital letters. hope you understand my question. thanks

1) Yes, you may also like products that come from the upsells and our theme doesn’t influence this.

2) As I mentioned in my previous reply, You could only change the title by means of translation with loco translate plugin by choosing the correct path.

I have visited the URL you provided. There is no page for the thankyou on the dashboard because thank you page is default WooCommerce functionality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t help you with this because this is out of our scope.

Basically it’s the checkout page that generates the thank you message after an order has been completed. I have made a demo video for you to understand it in a better way.

You should edit the wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/thankyou.php file to make the changes in the Thankyou page as per your requirements.

You can use any third party plugin that better meets your requirements.

hello, how you’ve been doing in these times.
I have noticed that can’t I import all the homepages of demos in my wordpress dashboard, so that I can change homepage them if I want to. I have just 2 home pages demo in my pages, and in which, the header doesn’t change. Should i be changing the header also each time.

For exemple I want to use this demo home page : https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-sweets-bakery/demo/sweets-bakery/ ,

I want the header to be exaclty the same. but also keeping the official header I use for official homepage : http://www.ephoria.it. I don’t want to create header from scratch but importing the demos (e.g.sweets-bakery) headers.

Our demo import has the option that you need to enable if you want to import all the pages.

You can select the demo layout then import then all the pages related to that particular demo will be imported as well.

There is no option in Theme Settings to import the headers separately. Please tell me which

header you want to provide you with the export file.

Sorry it is not possible, but if you want to add some other of the demo pages on your site then I will add it for you one by one. Please share the demo pages URLs so I will add those pages manually on your site. But you can not import the demo separately on the same site.

Hello, thank you for you help, I fixed a lot of issues with your help, I have little things to fix,
1.I can’t change my main menu font, even tough I went on theme setting -> typography advanced -> I added main navigation links, but font doesn’t change. and also font in header with is in bold, I don’t know where to fix that, I’m sending you screenshot
2. can you please deactivate counts on attributes widgets, it’s normaly off in widget area, but I still see them in shop
3. Before and in your demo I used to see the category icons in shop header bigger, why I have them so little.
4. I have some products that have only one picture, in shop page or carousels I can’t enter them clicking on the image of the product, why? for the others who have more than one image it’s working. same thing on mobile I can’t access the product clicking on it’s image, I should be clicking on it’s title, witch is not good.

2) To Change the size of category icons you need to add the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

max-height: 25px;
}

You can adjust the value accordingly.

3) To Remove count from the widget you need to add the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

}

4) Could you Please provide the URL where these products are to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Thank you so much, I fixed other problems.
1.As for Navigation font I checked it is always set as genath, but the theme doesn’t take it.
2. For the clicking on products : you can check in these products : https://ephoria.it/shiny-blazer/ and https://ephoria.it/grey-blazer/ , if you try to access them from you can’t click on them, you should be clicking on title. it’s the same for all products on mobile.

3. I have an issue on mobile right now, I don’t get why the site doesnt load on mobile, I guess it’s from Slider revolution I put some animation for images, but now I deleted all images in slider, and I still have problem can’t load on mobile.

4. How can I remove add to cart from carousels grid (screenshot) as my products should be absolutely accessed because they go to a box, and add to cart on carousels makes them go cart. I need to remove it. thank you so much
