Navigate to Pages > edit the page using the page builder > select the banner widget, and under the Style tab, adjust the color.
Read more button appears only if the product does not have the price, like this one or if the product is out of stock. This is how the WooCommerce plugin works. If you want to change the text, use the loco translate plugin for this:

Please upload the images of the same size and proportion and it will show in the same size. You can set Fixed Height to maintain a consistent height for the banner.
Also edit this container and adjust the content width to control how the image fits within the container.
These options should help you manage the background image and fit it into the structure more effectively.
