How to desable Privacy Policy checkbox on checkout page

Hi! Do you know how I can remove the checkbox – I’ve read and accept the Privacy Policy * on the checkout page?

Or make it pre-checked

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please, go to Appearance -> Customize -> select “WooCommerce” -> Checkout -> in the “Terms and conditions page” field select “No page set”
