How to edit the menu aspect?

Some months ago I edit the aspect of the menu, and I don`t know how to set him back. In the first image you can see the actual menu, and in the second, the menu style that I want back.

The new dropdown is different. I have just the yes or no button. How to put a custom HTML block?

The second problem is that the “Design” option bounce back to default. Except for the first 3 main categories and their subcategories.

To solve that how to make the “default” to have the “full with” style. Or to be the “full with”.

I can mache the changes just by putting the categories in the first 3 main categories spots. It’s work… somehow but…

First of all, switch the Design to Full-width or Set the size, you will see the HTML blocks drop-down where you can choose all the created HTML blocks
