How to update themes woodmart but dont loose setting?

I set a lot of in widget, I have created child themes too.

How to update my themes but don’t loose setting? Because I don’t want to set up again

We Always Recommend to take a complete backup of the website before updating the theme.

And make sure that all your customization are in the child theme.
