As for the translation of the text, try Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce.

Check the Theme settings > Register/Login for account strings. And Woocommerce in Loco.

Wishlist and Compare – some of the phrases are translated jus in the Theme Settings > Shop > Compare/ Wishlist.

Remove the custom with the padding and enter the page and set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs

You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

If you want to make a menu item unclickable, use the custom link with # instead of an URL.

Please use a row with the background and text inside instead of the slider, the nature of the slide is changing the slides and our theme cannot influence this functionality.

Slider is not designed for such purposes. Slider assumes a few rotating sliders.
