You need to add the text in the existing text block of the demo instead of creating a new one. Also, this widget does not have an option to show less content when expanded.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

These are Mega menus. Create a menu in Appearance > Menu or edit one of the existing ones.

Create Mega menu blocks for each menu item in HTML blocks https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

Insert the HTML blocks in menu items, choosing from the drop-down “HTML block for the drop-down” https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
