Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

It only works if the product is a simple product.

It looks like the problem is not caused by WoodMart. Since it doesn’t work with other themes as well then this problem is caused by something else on your website.

I see what the problem is. Your theme for that matter other themes does not see external urls

As you could see, the issue is not related to our theme. It also doesn’t work with other themes so there is something else on your website that causes this problem. Unfortunately, we don’t know what exactly.

How do I disable swatches that comes with the theme. I am having duplicates.
