Image Same size not reflect

I want to some changes in the website please find attahced the of My issue, total 3 issue mention in this file , please help as soon as possible .

1. products Image same size not show in pages.
2. I want to show products variation color by pictures.
3. I want to use slider revalution but zip file is not uploading.
