jackennilsParticipantHello!
I just updated to 7.2.0.
Following issues appeared:- My logo used in the header builder is a SVG file. The logo is not showing anymore after the update. I now switched to a PNG file which is showing. SVG does not work anymore. Please fix.
- As in the past, I have made a full German translation which I would like offer you for updating your Glot. However, many translation I’ve made are not showing up in the theme. Example: https://i.imgur.com/77p7j75.png, but translated: https://i.imgur.com/TDJPFlD.png
Please help, thanks!

jackennilsParticipantOkay, translation issue solved, I had to re-save the translation in Loco Translate.
I have attached the full German translation. Not only that I have added the new and modified strings of 7.2, I have also optimized about 50 older strings to be more in line with the rest of the translation. Hope this helps to make the experience for all your German customers even better. 🙂
But: The header SVG issue still there. Also with other plugins deactivated. Please help.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please load the “SVG” icon to the Dashboard -> Media and I will test it in the Header?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

jackennilsParticipantHi Luke,
It’s already there. Just search for “logo” in the media library. There are multiple files, but the correct one for the header is the one which is just called “logo.svg” from March 23rd.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHi,
To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG logo file with some editor like Sublime Text or the default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown on the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/wsuf5ruwr7ij) Make sure that the value is set without % or using px. For example 100 or 100px Then you will need to re-upload your logo in Header Builder.Kind Regards

jackennilsParticipantThank you Luke, that worked!
But strange that this was never an issue until the latest update.May 1, 2023 at 5:14 pm #463569
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Glad that now everything works well.
After adding height and width attributes, the logo will appear after any update.
If there’s anything you need, please write me or another member of our help desk team.
We’re here for you!
Kind Regards
