Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
Thanks for your patience.
1. I switched to the Storefront WooCommerce theme, but the issue persists, indicating that it is not related to the theme. Please backup your site and try below fixes:
+ Navigate to WPML > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. Click on the Status tab and run the troubleshooting options for
Sync product reviews.
+ In WooCommerce > Settings > Products, make sure Enable product reviews is checked. Also, check the translated product in the editor and ensure the
Allow reviews
checkbox is enabled.+ If you’re using WPML’s Translation Editor, some fields might not be copied over. Try setting the translation mode to
Use WP native editor
, then update the translated product manually.+ Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation. Look for
comment_meta
fields related to reviews and set them to Copy.+ Clear your site cache (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, etc.). Re-save permalinks under Settings > Permalinks. Re-sync WooCommerce with WPML.
2. Since this content is within an element, you need to switch languages and translate it to reflect other languages.
3. Contact form: You need to switch to language to change the button word. Same as subscribe form.
5. You can set Full-height for dropdown https://ibb.co/fY3F38NJ. You may need to put dropdown width as well.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
First of all, I am appreciate your patience.
1. Dropdown
With Full-Height option, you need to use CSS. You can try
Set sizes
option.2. Subscription form
I checked your site, and you did not follow my previous reply to translate MC4WP forms so it shows default language only.
3. revelanssi
Navigate to Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing tab > Select the post types and Taxonomies > Click on
Save the options
and thenBuild the index
buttons > Clear cache and check again.Regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
Please allow me to explain in better:
1. With
Full-height
option, you need to put width as well https://ibb.co/h1WTtPZs You can create a dev site and import any template there to see the menu configurations.Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
2. You can read more here https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/ https://www.mc4wp.com/blog/multilingual-forms-with-wpml/
3. I’ve passed this topic to one of our developers, and I will let you know once get an answer.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
3. I’ve confirmed that the missing product reviews section is not related to the theme, as the same issue occurs even when switching to the default Storefront theme.
This issue appears to be related to how the WPML plugin handles product translations and purchase recognition across languages. At this point, I recommend contacting the WPML plugin support team, as this appears to be a compatibility issue between WPML and WooCommerce regarding purchase validation for product reviews in multilingual setups.

xaviersuchodolskiParticipant5. Can you provide any custom solution for show reviews in translated products pages? I checked all topics of this in internet and don’t found the solution which works. I tried to make custom plugin, and it worked but design of this widget was changed. It’s very important for us… :///
April 11, 2025 at 8:33 am #653265
Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
1. Shop page, filters and checkout page
You are also using Custom Product layouts, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit the product layouts and you can modify content.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Translations:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/4. 404 text
I checked the translation and it has been translated correctly. Purge all cache from your caching plugin and check again. If you’re using a CDN, disable it temporarily and see if the issue persists.
5. Product reviews
I recommend contacting the WPML plugin support team, as this appears to be a compatibility issue between WPML and WooCommerce regarding purchase validation for product reviews in multilingual setups. https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
Thank you for your patience. First of all, I’ve provided all the possible solutions, but I understand it may still be unclear. Let me explain step by step — I hope this will help you understand better.
1. The sidebar is now showing in both languages, but you can only see Stock status filter due to there are no products belong to
Brands
attribute https://ibb.co/Y7tZB7sF4. I’ve passed this topic to one of our developers, and I will let you know once get an answer.

xaviersuchodolskiParticipant1. How to make this visible? + We don’t have also filter by price, by weight, etc.
5. .pl/sklep/ site is not working now.
April 15, 2025 at 7:55 am #654061
Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
4. After checked issue carefully: To make the texts on 404 works for the theme, you need to add these translations to the WordPress system folder (this is the same as translating a website using the Loco Translate plugin). And in this case, the translations worked, but they did not take values from WPML, and this is already a problem in the WPML plugin. We applied a temporary fixes by adding translations for Polish and it worked https://monosnap.com/file/vXXGNqcZC4QuZCp7tXt6xLTeuaNGHl, but they are not the ones specified in the WPML translations, and in this case the problem is with the WPML plugin. Also, this problem will be on the default theme.
1. I kindly recommend you to read this article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/ In case you added but nothing showing up, make sure you added attributes to products. Or Try to regenerate Regenerate the product attributes lookup table in Woocommerce > Status > Tools https://take.ms/LGpvf
In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disableUse the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering. Also, please make sure you added variable products and check again.
5. It is still working https://ibb.co/B5XKP07C

xaviersuchodolskiParticipantThanks, I will check.
Please let me know, this template working better on WPBakery, or Elementor? We uninstalled WPBakery plugin for look about some update, but now on “Plugins” section in theme settings only Elementor is visible. Please share me link to download WPBakery.
April 16, 2025 at 8:14 am #654467
Hung PhamKeymasterHi xaviersuchodolski,
You can download the latest version of the plugin in your account here https://xtemos.com/my-account/
It depends on how familiar you are with each editor. Both WPBakery and Elementor are powerful page builders, but they cater to different user preferences and workflows.
If you value ease of use, live design, and flexibility, Elementor might be a better choice. But if you’re already comfortable with WPBakery, or you’re working with a theme that deeply integrates it, then it’s still a solid option.
Ultimately, the best builder is the one that fits your workflow and project needs.
