How can i configure the google maps api key? I don´t know how to create it

The console contains the URL with the troubleshot:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error

Hello,

Now I see this message in the Console:

You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started
